All our products undergoes most intensive testing on state of the art metallurgical & instruments.


For the precise measurement of ball track radius, Angle of chamfer, Distance, etc. Records of graph taken are displayed, stored or printout can be taken.


Measure surface finish on bearing components besides surface finish parameters, Radius form also measured with suitable attachments. Printouts of results are taken immediately after measurements.


This portable unit measures surface finish on all types of surface of bearing components. Results of surface graph & values obtained are displayed on screen & print for the same obtained.


Roundness, Concentricity or run out measured on bearing components are displayed, polar chart up to Magn. X10,000 can be taken.


For testing tensile and compression strength on bearing components (Max. Capacity of 10 Metric Tons) with graph facility for records.


Shadow & surface profiles X10, X20, X50 are available to measure radius, angle and distance in X & Y axis on components under test. Print out of results optional.


Hardness on case hardened surface measured in vicker’s scale at Min. load of 10 gm to Max. 1 KG. Display of results are digital.


Waviness on ball tracks are measured on this m/c. Frequency of waviness is displayed in low, medium & high frequency scales digitally.


Bearing torque testing is computer aided. The data is analysed by our R & D team during new development of the bearings & recorded.


Noise on bearings are 100% tested on noise testing m/c with inner race rotating and outer race steady. Display of noise in µm/sec at three frequencies low, medium & high and compared with standard.


Phosphate treatment of metals of Phosphating, as one of the most useful and effective method for the protection of iron and steel surfaces from atmospheric corrosion. Apart from its anti-rust character, the coating provides an ideal base for an organic finish and as an aid to lubrication. It also prevents wear in sliding or frictional parts. The coating provides myriads of oil reservoirs effective in reducing friction. Such uses of Phosphate coating are commercially very important.


Hard chromium (chrome) is a functional relatively thick coating deposited on a metallic substrate in order to impart particular surface properties.

Incoming raw materials are analysed for its chemical composition by spectro chemical analysis and metallurgical tests for microstructure analysed by metallurgical microscope & compared with standards and image analyser. Only OK materials are cleared for further processing.
